Supporting YOU, Every Step of The Way
Our trained doulas are a wealth of resources and evidence-based information. We provide all of our birth doula clients with 24/7 access to our online client classroom. Our classroom is filled with all kinds of helpful resources, including a full self-paced Lamaze childbirth education course and a class specifically designed for partners to better learn how to support the birthing person.
We are also proud to maintain a local network of wellness providers, and we are happy to refer you to them if you are seeking additional support during pregnancy or even postpartum.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often can I contact my birth doula?
All of our clients can call, text, or email their doula if they have any questions. You can also just reach out if you want someone to talk things through with you.
When will you be on call for my delivery?
We are on call for our clients 24 hours a day, from 38 weeks gestation until they deliver. Call us when you’re ready, and we’ll be there! We will be there within 2 hours (normally closer to an hour!) after they call.
Yes, clients deliver before 38 weeks, and we will definitely still be there for those deliveries! We have had clients deliver at 20 weeks and 2 days gestation, all the way to 42 weeks and 3 days gestation.
We know your call can come at any time. When we are on call for a delivery, we stay ready to leave the house and be at your side at all times.
What can I expect on delivery day?
Clients call their doula when they are in labor and we join them whenever they are ready for support. We stay with clients until the baby is delivered, and then typically 1-2 hours afterwards as well.
We have been with clients anywhere from 3 – 55 hours. It varies, but the average is around 12 hours.
We are happy to help clients with initial feeding as well.

“…We had a very long labor (22 hours) and Hillary was there for it all. She has many comforting techniques and seems to know just the right time to offer them.
She taught me so much before, during, and after this whole experience.” –E
