Private Childbirth Education

This private course includes 6 hours of evidence-based hands-on instruction using a Lamaze based curriculum that covers everything from prenatal nutrition to natural coping techniques to baby care and everything in between. Hillary is an experienced Lamaze childbirth educator and previous university instructor who loves to tailor each course to your specific needs with special training and experience with first time parents, VBAC, home birth, unmedicated labor, and more.
