Here we grow again!! We’re so very excited to welcome birth doula Morgan Barnett to our team here at Doula Group of Evansville. Morgan is passionate about helping all families navigate going from expecting to beginning. Morgan is working toward her birth doula certification through DONA International, and offering a 25% discount to her first 3 clients. I am really excited to have another amazing birth doula to mentor on the team and am looking forward to being able to serve even more families here in Evansville. Morgan is an outstanding addition to our doula team who is really excited to bring her energy, passion for birth, and skills to serve clients here in Evansville and the surrounding area.
In Doula Morgan’s Own Words
Hello! I’m Morgan. I was born and raised in Evansville. I graduated from USI where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Health Administration with a minor in Management. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and two children.
Why did you become a birth doula?
I became a doula because I believe every birthing person deserves to feel informed, empowered, and supported. Birth is a powerful experience, but too often, people feel unheard or overwhelmed. My goal is to advocate for their needs, help them navigate their options, and create a space where they feel confident and respected in their choices.
What do you love about living in Evansville?
I love living in Evansville because it’s where I grew up, and over the years, I’ve built strong connections with my friends and family here.
Where can we find you on a typical Saturday?
On a typical Saturday, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my husband and kids—whether we’re out shopping, enjoying the warm weather outside, or just relaxing at home together.
What types of clients are you excited to work with?
I’m excited to work with clients who are eager to educate themselves and advocate for their needs as well as seeking a more personalized and supportive experience during birth
